As the house was in a poor condition, it needed complete refurbishment. In order to do this our team prepared a detailed plan and made sure that it complied with all legal regulations A building of five flats was converted into a detached house. That was an enormous project as the entire house underwent renovation. First, installations of gas, water and electricity were conducted in the safest and trouble-free way. We provided new windows designed and handmade in our factory to ensure the highest quality. Then, our joiners equipped the rooms with made-to-measure and stylish furniture. Thanks to new cupboards the kitchen got a fresh and modern look. Well-designed timber stairs gave a tremendous result too.

We also carried out the house extension so as to give the owners more space and plenty of light. It resulted in a new, spacious and cozy place where they now love spending time together. In order to fully utilize the space in the house, the client also decided for basement conversion. A dark and damp basement was transformed into a room for playing and relaxing.

Within 12 months we managed to conduct complete house renovation as well as garden refurbishment. The bricks were also cleaned as we believe that a home’s exteriors can create a positive first impression.
