At Diamond Constructions LTD., time doesn’t slow down. We have just finished another huge project for a residential client at Kensington, London and here’s the outcome. We started it all from excavation removal beneath the house to construct a basement and from adding an extension to the back of the house. Not only did it provide extra living space downstairs, but it also increased the value of the property. Next, we designed and constructed a backyard terrace, which serves the family as a pleasurable place to relax. We also planned and built stone front steps and erected a metal front fence, because who doesn’t want a house that makes a stunning first impression? Ok, then! Lets go inside.

First, the whole property was refurbished from top to bottom including installation of new electrical and plumbing systems for better efficiency and a long-lasting outcome. Next, we went on to re-plastering and re-painting the property. The main goal there was to make walls extra durable and strong as well as give the rooms a decorative appeal with well-matched, toned-down colours. Mission accomplished if you ask us! Last but not least, we designed and manufactured exceptional woodwork and furniture for the entire house, from windows through a staircase to wardrobes as well as kitchen and bathroom cupboards. We kept it all modern yet elegant in order to create inviting living space. A lot of hard work, but what a satisfaction!

House renovation is never an easy decision. It’s stressful, it turns your life upside down for a couple of months and it costs a lot. Well, at least this is what we thought.
