As one of the most prominent London refurbishment company, we at Diamond Constructions LTD. always have our hands busy. The project we’re currently working on at Kenswick Road is no small undertaking!

The project involved a lot of digging. We started by digging out a 20x10m basement. That part of the project has already been carried out and at this point, we are conducting construction work on top of that basement. We have been tasked with building three new flats on that surface. The work on that is, so far, going very smoothly, and the project should be completed in a timely manner.

Additionally, we have been tasked with adding another basement to the building, this one measuring 20x12m. We’ve already done all the excavation work, and all that’s left is finishing it off by adding all the right installations to make it functional. It will definitely be a useful addition to the building.

We will also implement a delta membrane system to ensure that the basements are completely waterproof, preventing the detrimental effects of dampness and water that can often pose a great problem in basements.

I write this letter in recommendation of Diamond Construction This was a complex groundwork’s project involving extensive underpinning and the creation of a large light well where a two story extension will be built. Charlie, the project manager effortlessly coordinated the works liaising knowledgably with the structural engineer, architect, quantity surveyor and building regs. It has been a pleasure. Throughout the course of these works, Charlie was a consummate professional as were all his colleagues. He was accurate in his initial assessment of the scale and cost of this project which was done with care and precision and a minimum of disruption. It was a welcome change to see builders putting in an 8:00 – 6:00 shift rather than the traditional 8:00 – 4:00. In addition, his team are extremely clean and tidy in the workplace. He and his assistant never left the worksite in disarray.

I commissioned a schedule of works with a quantity surveyor so that like for like quotes could be achieved. To this end, Diamond Construction gave the most detailed quote and were by far the best value for money. I truly will have no hesitation in confidently recommending them for your project. Moreover, I am happy for potential clients to inspect hos work.
